Meditation

MeditationI don’t like to use the word meditation. “Meditation” reminds you of a bearded man sitting cross legged in front of a cave or on a mountain top. Climbing the mountain to get to this man is part of the journey toward self fulfillment. When you find this man you ask him, “What is the meaning of life?” or “How do we achieve peace in ourselves and our lives?” This wisdom man tells you the story about answers are inside ourselves and tells us to go and contemplate. Do meditation and you will find answers.

I am not a wise man sitting in front of a cave. I am simple man just like you are, trying to do life and work, seeking more peace and calm in my life. I am still learning to do it better, using meditation as a guide on my way do get peace and calm. I invite you to use meditation to find the answers to your questions.

Meditation will help you to find answers you are trying to find outside. Learning meditation is easy if you have will to learn meditation. Learning meditation can indeed help you to reduce stress and rejuvenate your soul. Meditation can also help prevent heart attacks and even cancer.

Learning meditation requires from you to understand three principles. These steps of meditation are posture, attitude, and breathing. All of these three parts must be used together in order to get the maximum effects of meditation.
